I am currently receiving ACP benefits with Net10. How will this affect me?
Our current MyFamilyMobile ACP households will continue to receive their current service in full on MyFamilyMobile through May 31st, provided the household remains eligible and uses the service.

Up to a $30 per month discount on any monthly smartphone, hotspot or tablet plan
Up to a $75 per month discount for households on qualifying Tribal lands

Who is eligible for the ACP discount?
Applicants must demonstrate eligibility. A household is eligible if one member of the household meets at least one of the criteria below:
Household income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines;
Household participates in certain assistance programs, such as SNAP, Medicaid, Federal Public Housing Assistance, SSI, WIC, or Lifeline;
Household is located on qualifying Tribal lands and participates in Tribal specific programs, such as Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance, Tribal TANF, Tribal Head Start or the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations;
Household participates in the free and reduced-price school lunch program or the school breakfast program, including through the USDA Community Eligibility Provision;
Household member received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year; or
Household meets the eligibility criteria for a participating provider's existing low-income program

What is a “household” for the ACP benefit program?
A “household” is defined as any individual or group of individuals, related or unrelated, who live together at the same address and who contribute to and share the household income and expenses.
An adult is any person eighteen years or older.
If an adult has no or minimal income, and lives with someone who provides financial support to Congress, both people shall be considered part of the same household.
Children under the age of eighteen living with their parents or guardians are part of the same household as their parents or guardians
Are there any restrictions for this program?
"Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a federal program available to housholds who participate in a qualifying government program or who are eligible based on their household's income.
There are a few restrictions:
A household receiving an ACP discount may TRANSFER their benefit to MyFamilyMobile from another provider.
Only one discount per household is allowed. A household is not permitted to receive more than one ACP discount.
The ACP discount may not be transferred to another person. -- A household must notify MyFamilyMobile within thirty (30) days if they no longer qualify for the benefit."

How do I know if my household qualifies for the ACP discount based on income?
Your household is eligible for the ACP if your income is 200% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines (see the table below). The guidelines are based on your household size and state. This table reflects the income limit by household size, which is 200% of the 2024 Federal Poverty Guidelines. You may have to show proof of income, like a tax return or three consecutive pay stubs, when you apply for the ACP.

Do I need to show proof of eligibility?
You may need to show a card, letter, or official document as proof that you participate in one of the above government programs when you apply for the ACP discount. The National Verifier will check an applicant's identity and eligibility against available state, federal, and other electronic databases.
If the National Verifier is unable to validate your eligibility with the available eligibility databases, applicants will need to provide proof of eligibility. You will be provided with instructions on what documentation is needed during the application process.

Yes. If your household was approved for the ACP discount, you can keep your current device (smartphone, hotspot or tablet) and your current phone number by contacting MyFamilyMobile at 1-877-440-9758 and an agent will be happy to help you. Just call from a different phone and have your account number and password handy.

Can I change my phone number and keep the ACP discount?
Yes. You can change your number and still retain the ACP discount. There are processes in place to verify if a phone number changes. MyFamilyMobile will need to associate your new phone number with your ACP discount, which may delay application of the ACP discount to your new phone number for a brief period.
What if I am on a plan that is less than the $30 benefit? How does that work?
The ACP discount program is designed to lower the standard cost of a monthly plan with data for a smartphone, hotspot or tablet. If your monthly plan price is $30 or less per month ($75 for households on qualifying Tribal lands), you will receive up to a $30 discount each month ($75 for households on qualifying Tribal lands). You can select monthly plans priced at or below $30 and receive the plan at no charge to you ($75 for households on qualifying Tribal lands).
Can I receive the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) benefit if my household is already receiving the Lifeline benefit?
Yes. If your household qualifies for both programs, you may apply and receive both benefits on either the same service or on different services. The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and Lifeline are separate programs. You may also receive your Lifeline and ACP benefits from different providers. You are not required to enroll in one program to receive the other.
How do I check the status of my application?
After you have successfully applied, you can check the status of your application online by visiting www.MyACPBenefit.com , click the "My Service " button, select "Account Detail " from the dropdown menu and enter your information to login and check enrollment status.

You will receive an email notification from MyFamilyMobile stating that your application has been approved, and your ACP discount will be applied to your account [within 1-2 billing cycles]. Once your ACP discount has been applied to your account, you will receive confirmation from MyFamilyMobile by email. The primary account holder will receive all email notifications associated with the ACP discount. If no primary account holder is established on the account, the billing party responsible will receive the email notifications.
